Overview
I will be sharing my experience designing and prototyping a dashboard for an assignment helpdesk application. The goal was to create a user-friendly interface where students could create, modify and track their assignments, and use a chat room for communication. The new design enhances functionality and engagement for students.
I re-designed the UI for the application to enhance user experience and streamline navigation. The new interface features a modern, clean design with intuitive icons and simplified menus, making it easier for users to access services. Improved readability and responsiveness ensure a seamless experience across all devices.

1. Assignment Creation: Students can create multiple assignments simultaneously, providing details such as subject, topic, deadline, attachments, and additional instructions.
2. Assignment Assignment: Each project will be assigned to a writer by the super admins. The student will be notified once the assignment is assigned.
3. Real-time Chat: Students can engage in real-time chat conversations with assigned writers, allowing them to discuss assignment requirements, ask questions, and provide updates.
4. File Attachments: Students can attach files related to the assignments, such as guidelines or reference materials.

The final outcome of the assignment helpdesk mobile app was a functional and user-friendly interface that met the client’s expectations. Users were able to easily able to create assignments, book sessions, and track the progress of their assignments, all within a seamless and intuitive app experience.
